MELBOURNE, 30 Mar 2007 -- The Directors of Adilam Electronics Pty Ltd, Keith and Margaret Anderson, announce that with effect from 1 June 2007 Arrow Electronics Australia Pty Ltd has acquired the component distribution business of Adilam.
